Live Edge Olive Wood Serving Board

Olive wood has a grain that refuses to behave. It runs in dark rivers through honey and caramel, doubling back on itself, and no two boards ever come out looking related.

The natural bark edge is left intact along one side, so the board keeps the outline of the branch it came from. Bring it to the table with bread and oil, or a wedge of cheese and nothing else, and it does the work of a serving platter without looking like one.

Good to Know

Grain pattern, colour and exact shape vary considerably from board to board — yours will not match the photograph. Never put olive wood in the dishwasher or leave it soaking, as it will crack.
