Stonewashed Linen Table Runner, 108in

A runner does something a full tablecloth cannot — it leaves the wood visible. You still see the grain of the table while the linen softens the middle, which is usually the more generous choice for a room.

At 108 inches it runs the length of a long dining table with enough left to fall over both ends. Stonewashing has already taken out the crispness, so it lies flat without pressing and creases in the way that reads as lived-in rather than neglected.

Good to Know

Linen absorbs rather than repels, so blot spills quickly and wash warm. It will not stay pristine — it will get better, which is a different thing.
